Our verdict
Ivim Health offers more ongoing contact with a care team than most online sermorelin sellers. The catch is cost clarity and commitment. The medication price differs between its own pages, and the membership agreement says fees are non-refundable and a program cannot be canceled mid-term.

Ivim Health is a membership-based telehealth practice, run by Ivím Services, LLC under Michigan law. It is best known for medical weight loss, and it pitches sermorelin to people who want to protect muscle and recovery while losing weight. Its sermorelin is a dissolvable tablet taken under the tongue; no injection is offered. Care comes from Ivim's own providers, led by Chief Medical Officer Dr. Jessica Duncan. Independent licensed compounding pharmacies make the medication. Ivim is not available in every state. A "Coming Soon" banner for peptide therapies refers to a separate line, not to sermorelin.
How it works
You start by sharing your health history, lifestyle and goals, then meet a licensed provider to discuss a plan. Ivim says every sermorelin prescription follows a review of your full health picture, current medications and goals. If you are prescribed, medication is delivered to your door. The membership then covers ongoing care, including regular check-ins, access between visits, health coaching and a patient experience team. Ivim says its members average more than twelve provider interactions a year. To keep refills coming, the agreement requires you to attend scheduled visits, refill on time and stay current on payments. If a payment fails or your membership is paused, nothing ships until it is fixed. That gap does not stretch or pause your program term, so the clock keeps running. If a package arrives damaged or never arrives, Ivim asks you to report it within 72 hours, with photos of any damage. It decides each claim case by case. Day to day, the program is simple: you dissolve the tablet under your tongue as your provider directs, and your plan is adjusted as your body responds.
Pricing transparency
There are two parts to the bill. The membership is $75 a month on both sermorelin pages, covering the care team and visits. The medication is where the pages disagree. The main sermorelin page shows $129, with no billing period beside it. The sleep-focused page for the same tablet says medication starts at $75 a month, billed on your treatment plan. Both pages say medication costs vary by plan and are subject to change. In practice, expect at least $150 a month for membership plus medication, and possibly more. Ivim says the amount, frequency and length of charges are shown at checkout, so read that screen closely. The membership agreement is strict. Fees are non-refundable once you accept the terms. Ivim's refund policy adds that prescribed medications can't be returned or refunded, whatever you have used and even if you cancel the membership. A program cannot be canceled mid-term, and you owe the remaining fees for its full length. Klarna financing is available.
Branded vs compounded
There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so Ivim's tablet is compounded by independent licensed pharmacies. Ivim's own footer says compounded drugs are not FDA-approved or FDA-reviewed. The pages do not list a strength or dose, since the provider sets it for each patient. The published human research on sermorelin used injections, and the under-the-tongue route has much less study behind it. Ivim's headline outcome figures come from its weight-loss studies of semaglutide and tirzepatide, not from sermorelin, so do not read them as sermorelin results.
