Brello Health is an online wellness company best known for GLP-1 weight-loss plans. It also sells NAD+, MICC, glutathione and sermorelin, and offers bundles that pair sermorelin with NAD+ or with a GLP-1. It says it has more than 80,000 active members, and its marketing speaks mostly to women. Sermorelin comes as an injection, on a single three-month plan. It also includes the Brello app, the Brello Rise library of virtual fitness and nutrition classes, and a private Facebook community.
How it works
Brello reverses the usual order: you pay first, then fill in the intake. After checkout, you complete an online form inside your telehealth account. A healthcare provider reviews it and decides whether sermorelin is appropriate. If you are not approved, you get a full refund. If you are approved, the medication, instructions and supplies ship from a partner pharmacy, usually within three to five business days. Provider and customer support stay available after that, including a phone line. Note one rule on delivery: once the carrier marks a package delivered, Brello will not reship it. A missing package becomes a claim with the courier, and a replacement means paying for a new order. The headline "$116 per month special" is $349 divided by three and understates the real monthly cost, which is closer to $138. There is no one-month option. You can cancel anytime. If you change your mind after a prescription is written, email within 24 hours for a refund minus a $50 fee. The timing matters for short stays. If you quit after three months, you have already been charged twice, at the start and at week 11, for $698. Six months brings a third charge, for $1,047. A full first year means five charges, or $1,745, before the cycle settles to about $1,650 a year.
Branded vs compounded
There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so Brello's injection is compounded by a partner pharmacy for each patient, and the FDA does not review it before it is dispensed. The page does not name the pharmacy or publish the dose or vial strength. One page slip is worth knowing about: the FAQ answer about what the plan includes mentions semaglutide, copied from Brello's weight-loss plans. The sermorelin plan's own list of contents is the one to trust. Brello describes the pharmacy only as US-based. It pitches sermorelin for restful sleep and a better sense of well-being, adds that results may vary, and states plainly that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved.
