What it is

Invigor Medical, which trades as Try Invigor, is an online telehealth clinic run by Ikon Health LLC. It treats weight loss, longevity and sexual health, and says it has served more than 35,000 patients. Sermorelin comes in two forms. The injection is a pre-mixed vial you inject at home. The oral form is a troche made for use under the tongue. Invigor says it prescribes only for recognized medical conditions, not for bodybuilding or athletic performance. Its clinical policy names the kind of case it treats, such as age-related muscle loss or lab-confirmed hormone problems. It also says its providers are not paid by prescription volume.

How it works

You choose a treatment plan, enter your card and fill in the medical forms online. Entering billing details only sets up a profile. Invigor says charges apply only after a consultation and approval by a physician licensed in your state. One of Invigor's doctors then contacts you to talk through your health history and goals. If sermorelin is appropriate, the pharmacy ships your prescription to your door. Dosing is set by your provider, based on your health profile, labs and goals. After that you have a patient portal for refills, questions and dose changes, plus a dedicated treatment specialist. The clinical policy says ongoing care includes follow-up evaluations and retesting, and that treatment is paused or changed if it stops being appropriate. All prescribing runs under a Medical Director. The medical team also helps with injection technique. The oral troche is not available in California. Invigor notes that the injection may ship cold and need refrigeration on arrival.

Pricing transparency

The injection page reads "Starting At $220," and checkout opens at $220.50. That covers the doctor consult, the medication, syringes, alcohol swabs and the other supplies, with no separate visit fee. Invigor has sold three injection sizes: an 8 mg vial at $220.50, a 15 mg vial at $270.50 and a 20 mg vial at $310.50. The higher prices buy more medication, not a longer term. Each has renewed every four weeks. A year holds about thirteen four-week cycles, so the entry plan comes to roughly $2,866 a year, not the $2,646 a monthly bill would. The current pages do not print the billing period, so confirm it at checkout. The oral troche starts at $192.50, also with the consult and supplies included. Invigor advertises no-commitment plans. To stop, cancel at least seven days before your renewal date. A new order can be canceled only before it reaches the prescriber's queue. After that, there is no refund.

Branded vs compounded

There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so both forms are compounded by partner pharmacies in the US. Invigor's About page names five: Strive, Tailor Made, Belmar Pharma Solutions, Olympia and Gogomeds. It does not say which one fills sermorelin. Invigor states that a registered third-party lab checks every lot for endotoxins, pH, sterility and potency, which is more quality detail than many online sellers give. The injection comes as a pre-mixed solution, with the 8 mg size holding 4 mL. The troche page does not list a strength. The published human research on sermorelin used injections, so the troche is the less-studied option. Common side effects Invigor lists for the injection include injection-site redness, headache, dizziness and flushing. It also lists allergic reactions, fluid retention and insulin resistance. For the troche it mentions headache, nausea, dizziness or flushing in the first few weeks.
