What it is

RNK Health is a cash-pay telehealth company that sells prescription treatments for energy, weight loss, testosterone and longevity, all delivered to your door. Its menu includes NAD+, B12, semaglutide, tirzepatide and enclomiphene alongside sermorelin, which it markets for lean muscle, fat loss, energy and deeper sleep. Sermorelin comes one way only: a compounded injection you give yourself at home. There is no tablet, troche or nasal spray version. On RNK's site, sermorelin sits on the homepage menu under "Build Muscle with Sermorelin", if you land on another treatment first.

How it works

Getting started takes three steps. You answer a 30-second quiz, a US clinician reviews your answers and approves a plan online, and the medication ships to your home. No insurance is needed, and no clinic visit is involved. RNK says its price covers the physician consultation, ongoing medical support and private shipping, and it promotes delivery in about 48 hours. Its subscription terms add live or form-based reviews with a licensed provider, a 24/7 support line, and blood panels if your clinician decides you need them. You can pause, skip or adjust your plan from your account before the next billing date, and RNK emails a reminder seven days before every rebill. The pharmacy and the medical provider are both listed with addresses and phone numbers in the site footer.

Pricing transparency

RNK Health sells one sermorelin product on three billing schedules, and every one of them ships monthly. The Monthly Plan is $169 a month, billed monthly. The 3-Month Plan works out to $149 a month, billed every three months. The 6-Month Plan works out to $129 a month, billed as a single $774 charge every six months. That last figure is the one the page leads with, under "From $129/month" and "$129 — Everything Included," right above "Cancel anytime." Cancel-anytime really applies to the $169 plan. If you want to try sermorelin for a month or two first, budget $169, or $338 for two months. To cancel without being charged again, RNK needs your request at least 72 hours before the billing date. Rebill charges are final and non-refundable once processed.

Branded vs compounded

RNK Health's sermorelin is compounded, like all sermorelin sold in the US, so it is made to order by a pharmacy and is not an FDA-approved finished drug. A prescription is required. RNK describes it as "high-purity" and "USA compounded" and lists its pharmacy's address in Springville, Utah, but it does not publish a dose, vial size or schedule. Your clinician sets the dose, and RNK's refund policy says it will not refund because a dose did not match your expectations.
