What it is

BluefitMD is an online wellness clinic based in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. It sells a short list of treatments: sermorelin, NAD+ injections and a few vitamin injections such as B12 and glutathione. Care comes from US-licensed physicians and nurse practitioners, and prescriptions are filled by licensed pharmacies in its network. BluefitMD does not make the medication itself. Sermorelin comes one way, as an injectable vial. Each vial holds 6 mL at 1 mg per mL, or 6 mg in total, and ships with a full home-use kit. Two board-certified family physicians, Dr. Anjmun Sharma and Dr. Whitaker Smith, lead the medical side. BluefitMD also runs an in-person wellness center in Lakewood Ranch for vitamin injections and aesthetic services, but sermorelin patients anywhere in the US are served by telehealth.

How it works

Everything happens online, with no clinic visit. You start with a short questionnaire that BluefitMD says takes about three minutes. A licensed provider then reviews your answers and builds a treatment plan. If sermorelin is appropriate, the prescription ships to you with tracked shipping at no extra cost. Your plan arrives by email as what BluefitMD calls a blueprint, which can include nutrition, workout and supplement advice alongside the medication. After that, BluefitMD promises regular check-ins and on-demand guidance from its medical team. Orders ship by UPS, Monday to Friday, and most are processed within one to two business days of payment. Florida deliveries usually take one to three business days after that, and tracking is emailed once the box ships. The page also covers safety in plain terms. It lists common side effects such as injection-site soreness, headache and mild nausea. It says to tell your provider about thyroid medication or corticosteroids, and advises against sermorelin during pregnancy or with active cancer.

Pricing transparency

One 6 mL vial costs $212. BluefitMD says that price covers the provider consultation, the medication if prescribed and shipping, with no hidden fees. It also says the price stays the same if your dose is adjusted. You can buy the vial as a subscription, which you can pause or cancel at any time, or as a one-time purchase. There is no membership fee and no insurance billing, since BluefitMD is direct-pay only. The page does not say how long one vial lasts. At 200 mcg a day, 6 mg covers about a month, and a year of one vial a month comes to $2,544. At a higher dose it runs out sooner. All sales are final, apart from damaged items reported within 7 days. To make a damage claim, you need the order number, a description and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Branded vs compounded

There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so BluefitMD's vial is compounded by a licensed pharmacy for each patient. BluefitMD says so plainly, and notes that the FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality. It does not name the pharmacy. The vial comes premeasured at 1 mg per mL, which makes dosing math simple: each 0.1 mL is 100 mcg. Ask your provider for your planned daily dose so you can tell how often you will need a new vial. BluefitMD says the pharmacies in its network are US-based 503A pharmacies regulated by their state boards. Its own FAQ is unusually frank about long-term use: it lists possible fluid retention, tingling in the hands and changes in how the body handles glucose. It also says not to stop or change your dose without your provider, and to taper rather than quit abruptly.
