KIN Health review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
Three forms, strengths shown
KIN Health sells sermorelin as an injection, a nasal spray or a dissolving tablet, priced from $159 to $179 per 30-day supply. Each form lists its strength, and you can stop anytime.
Our verdict
KIN Health is one of the clearer sermorelin sellers online: three forms, each with a strength and a 30-day price on the page. Prices run from $159 for the tablet to $179 for the nasal spray, and nothing locks you in. It does not name its pharmacy or say much about follow-up care.

What it is
KIN Health is an online telehealth brand run by KIN Medical, Inc. It sells GLP-1 weight loss treatment, sermorelin, NAD+ and PT-141. Its sermorelin page is aimed at people who train and want better recovery, sleep and lean muscle. Sermorelin comes in three forms. The injection is 1 mg/mL and uses a small insulin-gauge needle. The nasal spray is 1000 mcg/mL and is used before bed. The dissolvable tablet is 600 mcg, taken at bedtime, with 30 tablets to a supply. You pick the form, and your provider decides whether sermorelin suits you and sets the dose.
How it works
You start with a two-minute online quiz about your health and goals, with no appointment or phone call. A provider licensed in your state reviews the answers and decides whether to prescribe. You pay at checkout, and KIN says you are refunded in full if the provider does not approve you. Approved orders are compounded by an accredited U.S. pharmacy and shipped free in plain packaging. KIN says your provider reviews you at every refill and adjusts the dose as you go. Sermorelin is available in 46 states plus Washington, D.C. It is not currently offered in Arkansas, Indiana, Minnesota or South Carolina. KIN sets expectations in stages, based on what patients report. Sleep quality comes first, in the first two weeks. Recovery from workouts follows in weeks two to four, and energy and focus around weeks four to six. Changes in lean muscle and body composition take two to three months. KIN adds that results vary and are not guaranteed.
Pricing transparency
Each form has one price for a 30-day supply. The tablet is $159, the injection $169 and the nasal spray $179. There is no first-month discount, no membership and no prepaid plan to weigh up. You can choose a one-time order or automatic refills, and KIN says you can stop anytime with no long-term contract. Shipping is free. Payment is taken at checkout, before the provider review, and refunded in full if you are not approved. Over a year of steady use, that comes to about $1,908 for the tablet, $2,028 for the injection and $2,148 for the spray.
Branded vs compounded
No FDA-approved sermorelin is sold in the US, so all three KIN forms are compounded. KIN's own page says compounded sermorelin is not an FDA-approved finished drug product. It says the medication comes from a PCAB-accredited, U.S.-licensed pharmacy, though it does not name the pharmacy. KIN is more open about strength than most sellers: each form lists its concentration, and the tablet lists both its dose and its count. That lets you compare what a month buys. The page calls the injection the most direct and consistent route, which fits the published research, where sermorelin was given by injection. KIN also says it is LegitScript-certified.

Best for
A shopper who wants to choose between an injection, a nasal spray and a tablet, see each one's strength, and pay a flat monthly price without a contract.
Who should look elsewhere
Anyone in Arkansas, Indiana, Minnesota or South Carolina, or a buyer who wants bloodwork and scheduled check-ins built into the plan. KIN says little about labs or follow-up beyond a review at each refill.
The evidence behind what KIN Health prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
- Sermorelin Pills vs. Injections: Price and Evidence Compared
Sermorelin tablets and troches are often priced the same as the injection, sometimes higher, and have never been tested in a human trial. Real prices, seller by seller.
