What it is
RxPepsDirect is a telehealth service for compounded prescription peptides. Licensed providers write the prescription, and Optimal Balance Pharmacy, a 503A compounding pharmacy in Texas, fills and ships it. RxPepsDirect sells more than 70 peptide formulations, from GLP-1 medications to recovery peptides. Sermorelin comes as a pre-mixed injectable vial: 5 mL at 3 mg/mL, or 15 mg in total. The service is available in 28 states plus Washington, DC. Its product page carries a medical-review byline from its physician. It also sets itself apart from "research use only" peptide vendors: sermorelin here comes with a prescription, a named pharmacy and test certificates.
How it works
You add sermorelin to a "protocol," up to three peptides per order. Then you pay the $39 medical visit and answer a short intake of about three minutes. A licensed provider in your state reviews it, usually within 24 hours, and writes the prescription if sermorelin is appropriate. The pharmacy then texts you a payment link for the medication and ships it by FedEx overnight, pre-mixed, in a reusable cooled travel case.
