Sermorelin Picks

Evergreen Telehealth review

By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026

Add-on to a weight-loss plan

Evergreen Telehealth offers sermorelin only as an optional add-on inside Evergreen Lean, its GLP-1 weight-loss program. There is no standalone sermorelin plan and no sermorelin price.

Our verdict

Evergreen is a weight-loss program first. Sermorelin appears as one of several extras a provider may add to an Evergreen Lean plan, as a daily injection, and you cannot buy it on its own. If weight loss is your goal and you are curious about sermorelin too, it is worth asking about. If you want sermorelin by itself, look elsewhere.

What it is

Evergreen Telehealth is a cash-pay online clinic operated by ConsultRX LLC. Its one open program today is Evergreen Lean, a GLP-1 weight-loss plan built around compounded tirzepatide or semaglutide. Alongside the GLP-1, a provider can add other options: oxytocin nasal spray, low-dose naltrexone, B12 injections and sermorelin. Evergreen lists sermorelin as an injectable taken daily that signals the body to make more of its own growth hormone. Its separate recovery program, and the other growth-hormone peptides on its peptides page, are marked as not currently available.

How it works

You complete a confidential online assessment of your health history and goals, then a licensed provider reviews it and builds your protocol if treatment is appropriate. Sermorelin is added only if the provider thinks it fits your plan. The medication ships in discreet packaging, and regular check-ins let the provider adjust dosing as you go. Evergreen says its pharmacy network covers all 50 states, but availability still varies by state and by product, so the assessment is where you find out. The medical care itself comes from a separate practice, NVP Medical Group, whose providers are licensed in your state. Evergreen handles the technology and administration. Day to day, you manage your plan through Evergreen's app, which has an AI assistant called Evie, and support emails are typically answered within one business day. You must be 18 or older and a US resident. Evergreen Lean includes monthly check-ins with your care team.

Pricing transparency

Evergreen Lean starts at $159 a month, and Evergreen calls that fee all-inclusive: the consultation, protocol, prescription, medication management, shipping and monitoring. The fine print says pricing varies by medication and plan commitment. Month-to-month plans carry a two-month minimum, and six- and twelve-month plans are paid up front. Medication ships every two months. What the site does not say is whether adding sermorelin raises the fee, or by how much. Evergreen's terms answer part of that question: anything not listed as included, including new add-on medications and lab work outside the plan, is billed separately. So expect sermorelin to cost extra unless your checkout shows it bundled in. Ask for the total with sermorelin included before you enroll, and check the minimum term. Plans renew automatically. Cancel in your account settings or through Evie at least seven days before the renewal date. Inside that window, your next refill has usually been dispensed already, and you are charged for it even though the plan then stops. Fees already paid for the current term are not refunded. Evergreen can also change membership prices with 15 days' notice.

Branded vs compounded

Evergreen's sermorelin is compounded, like all sermorelin sold in the US today, and is not FDA-approved. Evergreen says its medications are compounded by a U.S. pharmacy accredited by PCAB, NABP and LegitScript, using raw ingredients from FDA-registered facilities. It does not name that pharmacy. It publishes a frequency for sermorelin, daily, but no dose or vial size, so the amount of drug you would get is set only in your provider's plan. Evergreen also says it uses gradual dose increases over the first weeks of the GLP-1, and that each product page carries its own safety information.

Pros and watch-outs

What we like

  • Sermorelin can sit inside one weight-loss plan with one care team
  • Program fee described as all-inclusive
  • Regular check-ins and dose adjustments
  • Pharmacy accreditation stated
  • Pharmacy network said to cover all 50 states
  • Refund if Evergreen cannot ship your medication

Watch-outs

  • No standalone sermorelin plan
  • Sermorelin is added only at a provider's discretion
  • No sermorelin price; the $159 floor is for the weight-loss program
  • Two-month minimum on month-to-month plans
  • No dose or pharmacy name published
  • Add-on medications are billed separately
  • Cancel seven days before renewal or pay for the next refill

Best for

Someone starting a GLP-1 weight-loss program who would also like a provider to consider sermorelin, and who prefers one care team handling both.

Who should look elsewhere

Anyone shopping for sermorelin on its own. Evergreen does not sell it outside the Evergreen Lean program, and it does not price it separately.

The evidence behind what Evergreen Telehealth prescribes

We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.

  • Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured

Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.

  • Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer

Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.

Frequently asked

Can I buy sermorelin on its own from Evergreen Telehealth?
No. Evergreen offers sermorelin only as an add-on inside Evergreen Lean, its GLP-1 weight-loss program, and only if your provider decides it fits your protocol.
How much does sermorelin cost at Evergreen Telehealth?
Evergreen does not publish a sermorelin price. Evergreen Lean starts at $159 a month and varies by medication and plan commitment. Ask whether adding sermorelin changes the monthly fee before you enroll.
How is Evergreen's sermorelin taken?
Evergreen lists it as an injection taken daily. Your provider sets the dose as part of your overall weight-loss protocol.
Is there a minimum commitment with Evergreen Lean?
Yes. Month-to-month plans carry a two-month minimum, and six- and twelve-month plans are paid up front. Evergreen says you can cancel before your next refill.
What else can an Evergreen provider add besides sermorelin?
Evergreen lists oxytocin as a nasal spray, low-dose naltrexone as a daily tablet, and MIC-B12 or plain B12 injections once or twice a week. Each is prescribed only if your provider thinks it suits your protocol, and none replaces the GLP-1 at the center of the program.
Do I need insurance for Evergreen Lean?
No. Evergreen Lean is cash-pay and does not accept insurance. Completing the assessment does not guarantee a prescription, for the GLP-1 or for sermorelin.
Is Evergreen Telehealth available in my state?
Evergreen says its pharmacy network covers all 50 states, but availability varies by state and by product. The online assessment tells you whether it can treat you where you live.
How do I cancel Evergreen Lean?
Cancel in your account settings or ask Evie, the app's assistant, at least seven days before your renewal date. Cancel later than that and the plan still ends, but you pay for the refill already dispensed.
Does Evergreen give refunds?
Rarely. Payments are final once an order is processed, prescribed or shipped. The exceptions are a provider finding you medically unable to continue, which can refund unshipped medication, and Evergreen being unable to ship. Approved refunds take 5 to 10 business days.
