LifeVine Wellness review

By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026

$167 monthly, less if you prepay

LifeVine Wellness sells sermorelin as a daily injection for $167 a month, billed monthly. Prepaying for three, six or twelve months brings it down to about $107 a month on the annual plan.

Our verdict

LifeVine Wellness is a straightforward choice for a daily sermorelin injection, with clear plan prices and named pharmacy partners. The month-to-month rate of $167 is fair, and the annual plan cuts it by more than a third if you are sure you will stay. The page lists no dose or vial size.

What it is

LifeVine Wellness is a nurse-founded telehealth platform based in Greensboro, North Carolina. It offers compounded GLP-1 weight loss medication, women's health care and sermorelin. LifeVine describes itself as the technology platform, not the medical provider. Clinical care comes from Dr Tel X, an independent telehealth medical group whose providers are licensed in the states LifeVine serves. Sermorelin is sold in one form, a small daily injection under the skin that you give yourself at home. LifeVine says it is used within a clinician-guided plan with ongoing oversight, not as a standalone fix. The practice says it is LegitScript certified.

How it works

You complete a private health intake online, which LifeVine says takes a few minutes. An independent licensed provider in your state reviews it and, if treatment fits, builds a plan with you. In 44 states this happens by questionnaire alone. In Washington, D.C., Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island and West Virginia, a live consultation is required first. If you are prescribed, a licensed compounding pharmacy dispenses the medication and ships it discreetly. If the clinician decides treatment is not right for you, LifeVine says you are told why and are not charged for medication you do not receive. Shipping times vary, and the care team confirms an estimate when the prescription is written. LifeVine serves all 50 states and D.C. After that, you can message your care team through the patient portal at any time. You can also ask for a summary of your care to share with your own doctor.

Pricing transparency

The Pricing tab lists four plans. Monthly is $167, billed each month. Quarterly is $440 every three months, about $146.67 a month. The six-month plan is $762, about $127 a month. The annual plan is $1,282, about $106.83 a month. All plans are cash-pay, and LifeVine does not bill insurance. A footnote warns that the prices shown are estimates and that final pricing is set by the prescriber, based on the medication and plan. Ask for the exact charge before you pay, especially on a longer plan. A year on the monthly plan costs $2,004, so the annual plan saves about $722 if you finish it. Every plan renews automatically at the end of its term. LifeVine's terms let you cancel any time in your account under My Subscriptions, or by emailing support. Cancel at least two days before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and there are no refunds for a partly used period. That matters most on the annual plan: stop after four months and the other eight are not refunded. LifeVine may also let you pause a subscription, and it promises advance notice of any price change.

Branded vs compounded

There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so LifeVine's is compounded. LifeVine says so directly: compounded sermorelin is not FDA-approved and is not a substitute for any FDA-approved therapy. It names its pharmacy partners as EPIQ Scripts, Foothills Pharmacy and Emerald Compounding Pharmacy. LifeVine says it works only with licensed, quality-audited 503A pharmacies, avoiding mass-production facilities. The sermorelin page gives no dose, concentration or vial size, so you cannot see how much sermorelin a month buys. Your clinician sets the starting dose and adjusts it over time. You also have the right to fill the prescription at a pharmacy of your choice; email support to request a transfer. The daily injection route matches the way sermorelin was given in the published research.

Best for

Someone who wants a daily sermorelin injection from a service that names its pharmacies, and who may prepay for a longer plan once they know it suits them.

Who should look elsewhere

A buyer comparing sellers on strength per dollar, since no dose or vial size is published. Also anyone uneasy about a price the seller itself calls an estimate.

Frequently asked

How much does LifeVine Wellness charge for sermorelin?

Is LifeVine's annual sermorelin plan worth it?
Only if you will stay on sermorelin for the full year. It costs $1,282 against $2,004 for twelve monthly payments. Start monthly if you are unsure. LifeVine does not refund the unused part of a subscription period, so an annual plan you stop early is not partly refunded.

In most states, no; the intake is reviewed online. A live consultation is required first in D.C., Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island and West Virginia.
Which pharmacies does LifeVine Wellness use?
LifeVine names EPIQ Scripts, Foothills Pharmacy and Emerald Compounding Pharmacy as partners. It says each is licensed in the states it ships to and accredited by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.

No. LifeVine is cash-pay only and is not enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid or any commercial insurance plan. It promises no surprise billing.
How is LifeVine's sermorelin taken, and what results does it promise?
As a small daily injection under the skin, given at home, at a dose your clinician sets and adjusts. LifeVine promises no specific result. It says responses vary from person to person and that your clinician will set realistic expectations during the evaluation.
