Nex Gen Health Rx review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
$195 a month, prepay saves little
Nex Gen Health Rx sells sermorelin as a nightly injection for $195 a month, with the consultation, medication and shipping included. Prepaying for longer saves little: only the 90-day plan is cheaper, by $10.
Our verdict
Nex Gen Health Rx keeps sermorelin simple: one all-in monthly price that does not change with the dose. At $195 a month the price is easy to plan around, but its prepaid plans are not worth it for the savings, since six and twelve months cost the same per month as one. It names no dose or vial size.

What it is
Nex Gen Health Rx is an online, cash-pay telehealth service. It treats weight loss, hormones, sexual health, hair and skin, and everyday conditions such as acid reflux. Sermorelin sits under hormone optimization, next to injectable and oral testosterone, both listed as coming soon. The company describes sermorelin as a peptide that prompts your own pituitary to release growth hormone, for sleep, recovery and body composition. It is taken as a nightly micro-dose. The site footer lists the brand with Manifest Pharmacy at an address in Greer, South Carolina.
How it works
Everything runs through an online platform. You complete a confidential health questionnaire. A U.S. board-certified physician reviews it, and if your state requires a short video visit, the provider schedules one. Prescriptions typically ship within two to three business days from accredited pharmacy partners, in plain packaging. Shipping is free. After that, you can message your care team at any time, and the company says a real person replies within hours. The plan includes ongoing provider care and support, plus access to educational content on the platform. The page does not list which states it serves.
Pricing transparency
The 30-day supply costs $195 a month and includes the online consultation, medication and shipping. Nex Gen says the cost never changes with the dose. Three longer supplies are offered, each billed upfront. The 90-day supply is $575, or $192 a month, a total saving of $10. The 180-day supply is $1,170 and the 360-day supply $2,340, both $195 a month, the same as paying monthly. So a long prepay buys convenience, not a discount. Unless you value fewer orders, the 30-day supply keeps your options open. Nex Gen does not take insurance. Its returns policy explains cancellation: you can log in and cancel your subscription, or change your address or card, any time before an order ships. Once your card is charged and the package is with the carrier, the sale is final, because dispensed prescriptions cannot be returned. If a package is lost in transit, Nex Gen says it will reship the order.
Branded vs compounded
No FDA-approved sermorelin is sold in the US, so Nex Gen's is compounded. Its own safety note says compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The company says it works with 503A accredited pharmacies. The page gives no dose, concentration or vial size. A flat price at any dose is helpful, but without the vial strength you cannot see how much sermorelin $195 buys. Ask the provider how many milligrams come in each shipment and how long the supply lasts. Ask about storage too. The product page promises refrigerated shipping, but the returns policy says the company does not currently ship refrigerated products. Find out how your order will be packed and whether it needs the fridge on arrival. The page lists possible side effects as nausea, headache, fatigue and reactions at the injection site, and says serious effects are rare but possible.

Best for
Someone who wants a nightly sermorelin injection at a flat monthly price that will not rise if the provider raises the dose.
Who should look elsewhere
A buyer hoping to save by prepaying. The 180-day and 360-day plans cost the same per month as the 30-day supply, and the 90-day plan saves only $10 in total.
The evidence behind what Nex Gen Health Rx prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Does sermorelin work? What the trials actually measured
Sermorelin reliably makes your pituitary release growth hormone. Beyond that the evidence is one placebo-controlled trial in 19 adults from 1997 — lean body mass up in men only, nothing in women, and no effect on sleep in either.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.
- What a 3-Month Sermorelin Prepay Actually Costs You
The monthly-equivalent rate on a sermorelin quarterly plan isn’t the real question. The real question is what you lose if you stop in month two — using real seller terms, not estimates.
