What it is

Telos Rx is an online clinic covering hormones, weight loss, sexual health and recovery, run by Superior Health Solutions LLC. It's a technology and admin platform. The medical care comes from an independent telehealth group, Arora Health & Aesthetics, based in Seattle. Sermorelin sits in its muscle growth and recovery line and is sold as a nightly injection under the skin, usually before bed on an empty stomach. Telos says the service is available in all 50 states, though some medications and pharmacy options vary by state.

How it works

Telos lays out four steps. First, a five-minute online intake covering your weight, hormones and history. Second, a US-licensed clinician reviews your intake and labs, usually within four hours. Third, you get a protocol with the dose set to your labs and goals rather than a flat template. Fourth, the medication ships free from a licensed US compounding pharmacy, with delivery in about two days. Once you're on treatment, Telos offers 24/7 unlimited messaging with your care team, quarterly labs and dose changes as needed. Consultations are free. Telos is careful to say prescriptions are never automatic or guaranteed. Orders ship in discreet, temperature-controlled packaging with no brand or drug name on the box. Report a damaged or leaking vial within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement. If you think heat got to it, keep it stored as labeled and message Telos before using or throwing it out.

Pricing transparency

This is where Telos is least clear. The page shows "As low as $299 $125 per month," with $299 struck through, and explains that "your price depends on plan length." It never says which plan length gets $125, or what a month-to-month plan costs. A second "pay over time" box shows "$0 per month," which is a financing teaser, not the cost of the medication. What Telos does promise is one subscription with no hidden fees, plus free 2-day shipping, free consultations and quarterly labs. It also says you can cancel any time, in one click in your portal, with no retention call and no cancellation fee. Sermorelin is FSA and HSA eligible. The gap between the two printed figures is wide. At the $125 floor a year would cost $1,500, while at the struck-through $299 it would be $3,588. Where your plan lands in that range is the number that matters. Before you pay, ask for the monthly price on each plan length and how often each one bills. Read the fine print on longer plans, though. Telos sells 3-, 6- and 12-month plans at lower monthly rates in exchange for finishing the term. Cancel one early, and the months you already received are re-priced at the shorter plan's rate, with the difference billed once. Cancel a 12-month plan after three months, for example, and you pay the 3-month price for those months. Refunds are narrow. If a provider decides you don't qualify and nothing has gone to a pharmacy, you get everything back. Once your prescription is sent to the pharmacy, every charge on that order is final, even before it ships.

Branded vs compounded

Telos prescribes compounded sermorelin, and its footer says plainly that compounded medications are "not FDA-approved." That's true of all sermorelin sold in the US today. Telos names its pharmacies. The main partner is VialsRX in Houston. A second, Jungle Jim's Pharmacy in Fairfield, Ohio, is licensed in 40 states but can't dispense sterile compounds, and isn't licensed in ten states, including California, Texas and New Jersey. Since sermorelin is a sterile injection, it's worth asking which pharmacy will fill yours. The page doesn't give a standard dose; your clinician sets it from your labs. Telos explains sermorelin fairly: it signals your pituitary to release more of your own growth hormone rather than replacing it. Telos calls the result "a more natural, self-regulated rise in GH."
