HealthHub review
By Nora Vance · Updated October 2026
Needle-free, four weeks at a time
HealthHub sells sermorelin only in needle-free forms: a troche at $129 and an under-the-tongue liquid at $229, each for a four-week supply. Every purchase includes the consult and shipping, with no subscription.
Our verdict
HealthHub suits a buyer who wants sermorelin without needles and without a subscription. The $129 troche is a low entry price for a four-week supply, and the company names its pharmacies, which few online sellers do. It does not sell an injection, and neither form lists a strength.

What it is
HealthHub is an online clinic selling compounded treatments for weight loss, anti-aging, testosterone and hair loss. Sermorelin sits under anti-aging, next to NAD+ and vitamin B12. It comes in two forms, both taken by mouth. The troche is a dissolvable tablet placed under the tongue or inside the cheek. The sublingual dropper is a liquid placed under the tongue. HealthHub does not offer a sermorelin injection. It pitches sermorelin for fat loss, lean muscle, sleep and recovery, describing a peptide that prompts your body to make its own growth hormone.
How it works
Getting started takes three steps. You complete an intake about your history and goals. A board-certified provider reviews it and sends a treatment plan, by video or by secure message. If you are prescribed, the medication ships from one of HealthHub's partner pharmacies straight to your door, with tracking. The whole process is online, with no clinic visit at any stage. For anti-aging treatments, HealthHub says lab work usually is not required, though your provider may ask for it based on your history. The company says it checks in regularly afterward to adjust your dose. It also gives practical advice for taking sermorelin. Avoid eating for at least two hours before a dose, because a spike in insulin can blunt the growth hormone response. Go easy on alcohol, which can disturb sleep and growth hormone release. Consultations can be booked in advance, and HealthHub asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule one.
Pricing transparency
The troche costs $129 and the sublingual dropper $229. Each price buys a four-week supply and includes the online consult, the sermorelin, the supplies and shipping. HealthHub's FAQ says there is no subscription and no hidden fees, so each purchase stands alone. Because the supply runs four weeks, staying on the troche for a year takes thirteen purchases, about $1,677, rather than twelve. The dropper on the same schedule comes to about $2,977. There is no first-month offer and no prepay discount. HealthHub does not bill insurance, and it says you see the full total before checkout. Support runs through the patient portal and email on business days. Refunds are limited. Once a prescription is approved and the medication has shipped, HealthHub does not issue refunds. If you think an order arrived wrong, the policy asks you to contact the company right away for a review.
Branded vs compounded
There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so both HealthHub forms are compounded to order. Unusually, the product page names the pharmacies it works with: AnazaoHealth in Florida, Tailor Made Compounding in Kentucky, Redrock Pharmacy in Utah, Professional Arts in Louisiana, Perfect RX in Texas and Vios Compounding Pharmacy in Michigan. You can look each one up before you order. The page does not list a strength for the troche or the dropper, so you cannot tell how much sermorelin either supply holds. The human research on sermorelin used injections. Under-the-tongue forms are less studied, which is worth weighing when you choose one.

Best for
Someone who wants sermorelin without needles, prefers to buy one supply at a time, and values knowing which pharmacy fills the order.
Who should look elsewhere
A buyer who wants the injection, the form used in the published research, or anyone comparing strength across sellers. HealthHub sells only the troche and the dropper, and it lists no strength for either one.
The evidence behind what HealthHub prescribes
We grade the molecules, not the marketing. Here is what the human data actually shows for each thing on their menu.
- Sermorelin Tablets: What They Are, and What Has Never Been Tested
48 sellers offer sermorelin as a tablet, troche or capsule. No human trial of an oral sermorelin product exists, and at 16 of 30 sellers that sell both, the tablet costs the same as the injection or more.
- Sermorelin Pills vs. Injections: Price and Evidence Compared
Sermorelin tablets and troches are often priced the same as the injection, sometimes higher, and have never been tested in a human trial. Real prices, seller by seller.
- Is Sermorelin FDA-Approved? The Real Answer
Sermorelin was FDA-approved once, under a different name, and that approval is gone. What is sold today is compounded — which is legal, but not the same thing as approved.

Frequently asked
- Do I need blood work to get sermorelin from HealthHub?
- Usually not. HealthHub says most anti-aging treatments do not require lab work, but your provider may request it based on your health history.
- How much does HealthHub charge for sermorelin?
- $129 for a four-week supply of the troche, or $229 for a four-week supply of the sublingual dropper. Both prices include the online consult, supplies and shipping.
- Is HealthHub sermorelin a subscription?
- No. HealthHub says each purchase covers your consultation, medication, supplies and shipping, with no subscription. You buy each four-week supply when you need it.
