What it is

Ivologist is a telehealth practice that treats weight, hormones and wellness, and runs mobile IV therapy in San Antonio and El Paso, Texas. It says it has served more than 40,000 patients and lists its doctors and nurse practitioners by name. Sermorelin is sold as an injection in two protocols. "Sermorelin Starter" is a 4-week course with a 9 mg supply. "Sermorelin Extended" is an 8-week course with 18 mg, for people continuing therapy. Medication comes from licensed 503A and 503B US pharmacies. Ivologist says sermorelin may suit adults noticing changes in sleep, recovery or vitality that come with age. It frames the therapy around normal sleep and recovery cycles rather than quick results.

How it works

Ivologist describes five steps. You fill in a secure health questionnaire, and a licensed clinician reviews it. Lab work is then ordered to check your hormone levels. Once you are prescribed, a partner pharmacy prepares the medication and ships it to your home. Follow-ups continue after that, with dose changes as needed. The clinician sets the dose, frequency and length of treatment. Starting is a consultation request rather than a checkout: the button books a sermorelin consultation, and the team contacts you. Ivologist serves all 50 states for telehealth, though some products and forms vary by state. The team says it will help you find the right option for your state. Existing patients can text a support line for refills and questions, Monday to Saturday during daytime Central hours. Sermorelin can also be coordinated with Ivologist's weight, hormone or longevity programs when the clinician thinks it fits.

Pricing transparency

Both protocols list "What you pay today" as $50 a week. The 4-week Starter and the 8-week Extended show the same weekly rate, even though the Extended course holds twice the medication. The page does not give a total for either one, or say how and when you are billed. The price includes the online provider consultation, the medication, supplies and ongoing clinician guidance. The page does not say whether the lab work costs extra, so ask before it is ordered. If you are already in another Ivologist wellness program, adding sermorelin saves $50 on the Starter or $44 on the Extended. The FAQ also prices sermorelin as an add-on for patients already in an active program: $249 for the 9 mg, 4-week course and $349 for the 18 mg, 8-week course. Those figures apply only if you are already enrolled elsewhere at Ivologist. Because you book a consultation instead of paying online, you can get the full cost in writing before you commit. Ask three things: the total for your protocol, whether it bills weekly or up front, and what the labs cost.

Branded vs compounded

There is no FDA-approved sermorelin on the US market, so Ivologist's injection is compounded. Its banner says so: compounded medications, not FDA-approved. Ivologist states its supply amounts, 9 mg for four weeks and 18 mg for eight, which makes it easier to compare with other sellers than a bare monthly price would. The page does not say what goes into a single injection, since the clinician sets that. Ivologist describes sermorelin as a gradual, physiologic therapy rather than a replacement for growth hormone. It also notes that results vary. Some people report changes within the first few weeks, while broader changes develop gradually. Its safety notes list injection-site reactions, headache, flushing, dizziness and nausea as possible side effects. Sermorelin is not for anyone under 18, anyone with active cancer or a history of pituitary disorders, or anyone pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy.
