How it works
Getting started takes three steps. You pick the plan and complete a free online medical intake and health history, which Viv says takes about five minutes. A licensed provider reviews it and decides whether sermorelin suits you. If it's prescribed, the medication ships in discreet packaging, usually within three to five business days, with syringes and alcohol pads to inject at home. Your provider confirms the dose and walks you through your first injection. Because the plan bills monthly with no prepay discount, your second month costs the same as your first, so there's no intro rate to budget around. To cancel, email support from the address on your order with the word "cancel". Viv confirms within about one business day, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. If a renewal was charged but not yet dispensed, Viv refunds it in full. You can also pause by email, though after a long pause the provider may need to review your history again. Approved refunds go out within five business days, and your bank may take another five to ten.
Branded vs compounded
Viv's sermorelin is compounded by a state-licensed pharmacy and isn't FDA-approved.
